Sónia is an amazing chef and a wonderful person! We loved our private dining experience and would recommend it to anyone. We had her make us a wide range of foods from the Azores and loved everything we ate! We hired Chef Sonia to cater our meals with a very specific dietary restriction.  Chef Sonia went out of her way to ensure all items met the restrictions and still everyone insisted these meals were amongst the best in their lives.

Our evening with Sonia was amazing!!!!  She met every expectation and beyond. it was the highlight of our dinner in Sao Miguel. Sonia hosted our dinner at our AirBnb and it felt like home when she was finished. The food and presentation were amazing. She and her staff were so conscientious, dedicated and friendly. Every aspect of our evening was five star. We have had private chefs on our vacations before, but nothing like this. It certainly raises the bar for others behind her. Stop researching chefs in the Azores!  Sónia is the one!!!  It was evident from her communication that she wanted our evening to be perfect! And it was better than we even imagined! We had never experienced a private chef and it was super fun!  The food was outstanding and the presentation was beautiful- if you are looking for a relaxing evening with excellent food- contact Chef Sónia. We had a FANTASTIC private dinner at our rental house one night with Sonia and her team… it was the highlight of our time in São Miguel! Sonia helped make it so special. The food quality, taste and presentation exceeded our expectations! The planning process was very smooth and she helped organize a few surprises (specialty cake, decor, and a bottle of champagne!) to ensure that the night be memorable! I highly recommend Chef Sonia if you’re looking for a dinner while on holiday or for a special occasion! You WILL NOT regret it!
