TERMOS E CONDIÇÕES
1 - Descrição
O nosso serviço é um serviço de Chef Privado. Não prestamos serviço de catering (pronto a comer ou take-away).
We are an independent service. We have no link / exclusivity / partnership with the place where the event will be held. Our Private Chef service is in no way connected to the local accommodation, travel agents or any other entity.
2 - Como funciona, preço e taxas de serviço
O nosso limite é de 15 pessoas por evento.
Apenas fazemos jantares.
Deslocamo-nos ao local onde o cliente pretende o serviço e preparamos a refeição na hora e local acordados.
Se o serviço for efetuado numa vivenda alugada ou em casa própria, utilizamos (maioritariamente) a loiça da casa, tanto para preparar a refeição como para a servir.
The arrival of our team to the place of the event to start the service, will normally be 4 or 5 hours before the event begins, to ensure that everything is clean and ready.
Os clientes são livres de escolher a melhor data e hora para efetuar o serviço.
The choice of menu and acceptance of the budget must be established in writing at least 1 month before the date of the event.
Não trabalhamos com ementas fixas. Os menus são criados de acordo com o que os clientes pretendem. Não há limite de preço, mas há preços mínimos.
Poderá ser necessário aplicar taxas de deslocação, dependendo do local onde se realiza o evento.
3 - Pagamentos
Payment methods: cash, paypal, MBWAY or wire transfer. And for your convenience, we also have a portable card reader (SumUp), so you can easily pay at the end of the dinner using any bank card, chip & PIN, contactless, Google Pay or Apple Pay.
Se o valor não for pago no próprio dia, por cada dia que passe sem justificação acordada, será acrescentado 5% ao valor total do serviço.
4 - Reservation Policy
To ensure a high-quality, tailor-made service, all booking requests go through two simple steps:
- Initial quote – Free
Based on information provided on the website (date, location, number of guests, meal, etc.), I will send a general cost estimate.
- Reservation confirmation
If you wish to proceed, a non-refundable deposit of 40% is required to secure the date and begin detailed planning (personalized menu, logistics needed, wine pairings, suggestions, etc.).
The deposit will be deducted from the final price of the dinner once the complete quote is confirmed and adjusted accordingly.
Please note that the remaining price must be paid on the day of the event, at the end of the dinner.
This deposit allows me to dedicate time and full attention to your event, ensuring quality and exclusivity.
5 – Cancellation Policy
While the deposit is non-refundable, I understand that plans may change. Therefore:
• Up to 15 days before the event: No additional payment required beyond the deposit.
• Between 14 and 7 days before the event: 50% of the remaining cost of the dinner must be paid.
• Less than 7 days before the event: The full dinner cost will be charged.
• If I cancel the service, the deposit will be refunded in full (100%).

7 – Notes
Ao longo do evento, haverá registo fotográfico e vídeo, para partilha nas redes sociais e página web. Caso se oponha, por razões de privacidade, por favor indique-o no início.
Se desejar incluir vinho na refeição, será fornecida uma lista (a seleção de vinhos disponível é de uma empresa de vinhos nossa parceira). A carta de vinhos contém uma seleção de vinhos portugueses e cervejas artesanais consideradas as melhores em termos de preço e qualidade.
