TERMS & CONDITIONS
1 – Description
Our service is a Private Chef service. We do not provide a catering service (ready-to-eat or take-away).
We are an independent service. We have no link / exclusivity / partnership with the place where the event will be held. Our Private Chef service is in no way connected to the local accommodation.
2 – How it works, price and service fees
- Our limit is 15 persons per event.
- We only do dinners.
- We go to the place where the customer wants the service and prepare the meal at the agreed time and place.
- If the service is carried out in a rental villa or the own’s house, we use (mostly) the household crockery, both to prepare the meal and for serving.
- The arrival of our team to the place of the event to start the service, will normally always be 3 to 4 hours before the event begins, to ensure that everything is clean and ready.
- Customers are free to choose the best date and time to perform the service.
- The choice of menu and acceptance of the budget must be established in writing at least 15 days before the date of the event.
- We do not work with fixed menus. The menus are created according to what customers want. There is no price limit, but there are minimum prices.
- It may be necessary to apply travel fees, depending on the location where the event takes place.
3 – Payments
The agreed amount must be paid in cash, MBWAY, wire transfer or PayPal, at the end of the day of the service.
If the amount is not paid on the same day, for each day that passes without agreed justification, 5% will be added to the total value of the service.
4 – Service cancellation
The service can be canceled by the customer, without any penalty, up to 48 hours before the agreed day.
With less than 48 hours, the customer will have to pay 50% of the agreed amount.
And if it is canceled on the same day, will have to pay the full amount of the service.

6 – Notes
Throughout the event, there will be photography and video recording, for sharing on social networks and the website. If you object, for privacy reasons, please indicate at the beginning.
If you wish to include wine with the meal, then a list will be provided (the wine selection available is from a wine company that we partner with). The wine list contains a selection of Portuguese wines and artisan beers considered to be the best in terms of price and quality.
When you accept the budget sent, you are accepting all the terms and conditions of service included here.
